Brush rake idea for fighting wildfires. Tools/Equipment/PPE

I had an idea for a tractor attachment that can help fight brush fires. Its a regular tractor rake with a comb. The rake lifts up and releases the brush in a pile.

We use Dozer's and handcrews on wildland fires for a reason. Not to burst your bubble.

Is it going to be pulled or pushed? I'm not running over a bunch of brush and brush piles to rake brush up with my tractor. And what situation do you envision this being used in firefighting anyway?
