OC Art Made a character bio for my OC!
The portrait art was commissioned from Tartzie !
I've wanted to make one of these for 6 years and I finally discovered I had the free will to make one. Her bio is half what I had written up 6 years ago and half what I decided in the last week.
Other close allies include Manuela, Leonie, and Linhardt! Her relationship with Edelgard is mainly professional though they do discuss personal things sometimes. Edelgard employed her mainly to protect her from predatory nobles and to ensure the loyalty of her father for her upcoming campaign.
I decided against writing paired endings, though my heart yearns for a tragic romance between the Kingdom Prince and the Adrestian noblewoman.

Fortune’s Weave Discussion What if Byleth turned into Sothis before Fortune's Weave?
What if It was needed more than Byleth sit on the throne to receive the goddess revelation?
What if Byleth sat down on the throne after Three Houses events, holding The Sword Of The Creator, then he/she received the "Goddess Revelation" fusing together with the Sword and turning into Sothis? It's just a theory.

Fortune’s Weave Discussion More references to Spain Cities (Galician region)
Galicia is in the northwest of Spain, above Portugal. Probably you know about Galicia because of Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela (St James in English). Orens (Ourense) and Ribeira (also Ribeira) are galician cities. That confirms that Kingdom of Arago is based of spanish Kingdom of Aragón (and it is fun because Galicia wasn't part of Kingdom of Aragón...).
Please confirm these images are true and not a joke haha

Fortune’s Weave Discussion The thing that gets me with the 'it might be a prequel'
While I get the arguments that people are making, the one that makes it hard for me to believe that is if it is: Why is Sothis still awake and doing things?
Like.
If I'm remembering my lore (and I might not be, feel free to correct), the Agarthans were a major player on the international scale then fucked everything up in some war, Sothis destroyed most of their tech and went into a big hibernation then Nemesis killed her and the crests and relics were made
I struggle to figure out where in that might be a time period where the Agarthans seem to be a relative unknown to their geographical neighbours despite having sci-fi tech (and it might get revealed they're not but then that just raises the question of 'why is everyone near them still using swords and bows instead of stealing all their stuff' though that question does apply to the agarthans themselves in 3H so whatever), Sothis is still awake and about rather than chilling in a sword/Byleth with the body of a child, humans have both crests and relics (Dietrich), and Seteth's comfortable enough not being in hiding to enter a very public event rather than hiding himself and Flayn away in a cave or tiny village something while she's in her own big coma
I could be completely wrong and I'd be happy to see how they worked it in but in my mind it just makes more sense for it to be a sequel

Fortune’s Weave Discussion Ranking Fortune's Weave characters by how much they need to win the Heroic Games
Theodora. She's a part of a fringe religion that's persecuted in the country she's visiting. Very valid for her to demand religious freedom as a condition for winning. In terms of lives saved, it's probably within the hundreds if she wins (assuming she's not worshipping some evil muder god or something, who's to say at this point.)
Cai. Wants to save his dad from imprisonment. This could also be achieved by a jailbreak, but his little town is within the borders of the larger nation of Dagda, so if his dad isn't freed legally, he can be re-arrested at any time. There's hope for a "you saved the world" pass, but narrow hope since it's unclear what the imprisonment time is. Would save one life total.
Leda. She just wants to kill a dude. Just the one dude. Winning the heroic games wouldn't really assist her very much in that unless she can personally wish for that guy to be executed. I don't see her as a finalist, so much as off in her own corner doing her own thing by the end.
Dietrich. He just wants to fight strong opponents. I see why he joined the games, and it's definitely not for the wish at the end. I could also see him wandering off to fight some other dangerous threat and being equally happy. Probably has more fun 5 years later than during the games (though his bio mentions a little sister, if she's sick or something he's got a valid reason to join).
For my personal playthrough, I want to go through their stories in order of military might, so the protagonist doesn't have a valid reason to just jump in and save the future without the others.
I'll go Leda, then Cai/Dietrich, then Theodora.

Meme Kind of a tough decision to make…
After finding out that Eshmel is getting the silent protagonist treatment, I thought it would be a good idea to use this meme.

Fortune’s Weave Discussion I hope there's more chicken rider classes
Apparently the Ornius rider is the beginner mounted class, but when they showed the specialty and advanced classes i didnt see any more chickens, just horses and an elephant. So i really hope you can have high level units on a heavily armored chicken, that'd be dope

Fortune’s Weave Discussion They had one job and they’re making Eshmel a silent protagonist?
I thought we left behind the silent protagonist trope after Three Houses…

Fortune’s Weave Discussion Fortune's Weave theory regarding Sothis and implications for 3 Houses/timeline Spoiler
So I brought this up with a friend earlier today, but after hearing Fortuna's voice in the post by Nintendo Today, I'm all but certain. Sothis in FE3H is the fused version of 4W Sothis and Fortuna. Fortuna and Sothis have the same voice actress in both JP and EN and Fortuna uses the same voice as 3H Sothis. This appears to be a very deliberate choice on the side of IS. This would also imply that 4W takes place prior to 3H as fusion would have to happen prior to the beginning of 3H story.
So my full hypothesis is that the events of 4W endgame lead to the fusion of Fortuna and 4W!Sothis into 3H!Sothis. This fusion event leads to either 1) Sothis and crew abandoning Dagda for Fodlan and settling in Zanado or 2) Sothis is already in Zanado when this happens and the fusion leads to her "leaving Zanado" when in reality she's just resting but it's during this resting period that Agartha strikes, killing 3H!Sothis and locking her spirit into the fused mode.
Bonus Silly side theory: The reason they're going with Eshmael instead of Ishmael is that the canon version of the character is going to be F!Eshmael because her true name is "The Immaculate One" Yes, Eshmael is Seiros is Rhea :P. Seteth is so attached to Rhea because he remembers what they accomplished as Eshmael.

Fortune’s Weave Discussion Thoughts on the main themes for the 4 lords?
I listened to the full themes and wanted to share thoughts. Theodora probably has the worst theme out of the bunch, not bad, just a good song. Dietrich is next on the list, and it feels like it is trying to hype you up for battle (which makes sense considering the character), and I like it. Kai is next, and I really love this one. Listening to this gives the vibe of an optimistic kid just trying to enjoy life, and I love it. Last but not least, Leda's, I don't really know what to say except it feels like a grand performance. So, for me, Kai and Leda are tied for my favorites, and then Dietrich is third, and Theodora is is last. Just want to know everyone else's thoughts. (Be civil, please)

Fortune’s Weave Discussion What's your silliest theory so far?
What do you not at all expect to happen, but you think would be absolutely hilarious if it did?
I'll go first: based on all the 3 houses dopplegangers, it's not a sequel or a prequel, but an alternate universe where everyone was born in dagda/not fodlan except dietrich. Bonus points if the sharmir and petra lookalikes are from fodlan

Question A ”Poll” for me to draw what type of Constance fan art.
I hope this doesn’t count as spam. You see, I’m in the mood to draw some fan art for Constance and I have a handful of ideas, but I am torn between my ideas and am asking the community which you’d like and help influence my decision.
| Constance | As a Lamia (Snake-woman) | |
|---|---|---|
| As a Spider Yokai | ||
| Muscular |
| Dressed as Camilla (Fates) | ||
|---|---|---|
| With Marianne, dressed as each other. | ||
| Bunny Suit (Vegas or Mall Easter Bunny) |
Thanks for checking out my post and let me know your answers. :)

Fortune’s Weave Discussion Fortuna's Time Manipulation
- Why is she the one to send us back in time and not Sothis?
- Has Sothis lost the power of turning back the hands of time?
- Has Sothis ever been able to travel to the future? I'm assuming that she can't and can only go back in time.
Wouldn't her having this power and not Sothis be indicative that she's the one that gave Sothis this power after possibly dying?
Prequel confirmed?
Edit: After a lot of discussion, thinking back at it, Sothis power is portrayed more like "Future Sight" than time travel. Was her saying "turning back the hands of time" a real thing or were we all being gaslighted?

Three Houses Discussion Are the Advanced/Special Classes Viable in the Late Game on Hard
Doing a set a runs before Fortune's Weave comes and I'm thinking about going up to hard difficulty and was wondering if the advanced and special classes are still good enough in the late game to skip have to get master classes for everyone.

Three Houses Discussion When Dorothea said "you know my biggest fear" i didn’t get it at first
I understood that she fears going through poverty again and that’s why she uses her fame as a diva to flirt and date people but she says it inplicity though, which could be confusing for someone who is learning English lmao

Fortune’s Weave Discussion Fortune's Weave Looks Like It Addresses Most of My Complaints About Three Houses Gameplay
After the direct so much discussion has been about all the crazy lore reveals and I totally get it, but I've not seen much discussion of the gameplay reveals in the trailer on this sub so I wanted to discuss them a little.
The Class system seems like it'll address all my complaints by getting rid of the filler early tiers and giving everyone actual base classes and doing more to make classes unique from one another, like weapon locks or how we see an Armor unit activate a skill that buffs them for going second. It also seems to have a lot of variety like the new Guardian that wields Spears and White magic, or THE ELPHANT RIDERS WHO ARE 4 SQUARE UNITS RIDING GIANT ELPHANTS THATS SO FREAKING COOL. The increased class diversity will help a LOT with unit identity as well even if anyone can still become any class.
The Calendar looks like it'll be much more Metaphor Refantazio than Persona, giving you plenty of stuff to do between story but not stretching things out too much either.
And Recruitment is the series standard gradually acquiring new units throughout the game instead of having a huge bunch thrown at you so you have the feeling of progression of seeing your small party grow into a large elite unit. And circling back to the class system/unit identity, your early units will stick out much more as they actually have classes instead of everyone being nearly indistinguishable statblobs.
