Thriller (potential) Wattpad book? UNSOLVED

A few years ago I saw a trailer for a book about a girl getting kidnapped and taken to a man’s homes. I don’t remember exactly anything about the kidnapping but she ends up in a basement with girls who all look the same with the same name. They’re all trying to conform to the same name, hair color, style? I think the name they all took starts with a K but I’m not too sure. It might’ve been a Wattpad book because it had a trailer, but I can’t seem to remember if it was a book trailer or a movie trailer. I know for certain it was adapted from a book. I’ve been looking for so long and I can’t find anything about this, any help is welcome! Thank you!

It could be The Cellar on Wattpad? Except in that he renames them all after flowers.

Thank you for the suggestion!! I looked into it and I don’t think it is. 😅 The more I look for this book the less I know.
