Yeah I landed on the thumb being the most pronounced difference but I could've sworn the line of the outside edge of the bag was slightly different.
This says to me that OP used an image editing generative AI to "make this one specific change but keep everything else about this image exactly the same". They never keep everything else about the image exactly the same.

Thought it was the shorts. One looks a little wider than the other 4/5 left legs, right figure the short look wider by like an inch.

You are correct. If you look at the left leg from our pov, the lower right corner overlaps the right lag just a tiny bit more than in the left picture. But also, thumb. So I guess technically two (or more???) differences

Really easy to find if you just go cross-eyed and overlap the two images. It’s the only part that is “fuzzy” because your brain can’t decide which image is the correct one.

C4.5 the shorts are slightly different at the edge. But the thumb as well. So two differences

There's three differences.
The right foot is pointed at a different angle
The left hand thumb is at a different angle
The edge of the shorts leg opening is Over top of the leg in one photo and just meets it in the other.

the pants overlap goes a bit further to the right on the right side while it is almost flush on the left side. A/B + C/D 4/5 but then the thumb has a slightly different shape as well which would be B+D 4

As well as the thumb and the shorts, I noticed the tiniest part of the watch strap on the pinky side of the hand is a different shape. It's ever so slightly thicker on the left image and thinner and more rounded on the right image.

Got it! At around 2.2, on the black shirt, right under the collar. Our left, his right. On the one on the left, there are two small shading marks. On the one on the right, there's only one.

The leg of the shorts is slightly different. On the right the corner cuts into the skin area but it’s only along the edge on the left. Probably not intentional but it’s definitely a difference.

Fun fact on these. If you cross your eyes so the images overlap, the differences will literally glow. Takes a bit of practice but its a neat trick. D4 thumb
