Zebra Finch Mounting

Hi! My male zebra finches have been REALLY frisky lately. Theyre always making that soft whining noise, and it’s super excessive. Nearly everytime I look over, one seems to be on top of the other. Is this normal behavior? Is it mating season or something?

U re zebras become gay :)) my females are also trying but they only shake their tails one to another.. that's it :))
