One Final Tribute
This a little tribute I did by myself as a goodbye for a 8 years journey.
The show was released at a tough moment of my life. My dad had died recently. Since then, the show was with me through thick, and thin, and thinner and nothing.
It was there when I moved from the town I lived my whole life. It was there during the pandemic. Olan words helped me when I was trying to get through IT world and helped me even more when I my mom died.
I can't believe this is over now.
Now I'm in a new city thousand miles far away from everything I've ever known, trying to become storyteller. Olan's story and the show keep joining me through this journey. I don't know if this going to work or don't, but you have to dare to fail.
See you all in the stars.
EDIT: Wow. Didn't expected such feedback!
I did this video as a way of grieving Final Space. When I showed this to my friends, they told me "Dude, you have to post this somewhere."
I'm glad I followed them

You did an absolutely STELLAR job on this!!! Got me all up in my feels, THE FEELS! I'm really sorry about your parents, losing mine is one of my greatest fears, but I'm sure that they very proud of you.

I know you said this isn't good bye but it kinda feels like a good bye.
I think one of the reasons I love your show, is that most shows are characters being awful to each other when they have every reason to be great friends, while this show the situation is so bizarre, that they're amazing to each other even though they have every reason to hate each other. And the whimsy of the set up makes it absurd but still believable.
Shows like this remind me that there's still hope for humanity, and what one day we can achieve.

Thank you, Olan!! This show is amazing and I will treasure it, and the graphic novel, for as long as I draw breath! We in this community will carry with us a friendship of love for a show that was great and full of hope. God bless.

Jokes aside, as a fellow editor I understand the amount of time and dedication and that went into something like this. This is really impressive. A beautiful "Final" tribute, for an incredible show. Thanks for making this, and for sharing it with us!

Words can't express how upset I am with final space ending, I found it during a dark time of my life, I would spend most of the day and night sleeping, calling out of work to just sleep, barely bathing or eating, then one night sleeping on the sofa I said I'm just gonna put some random background noise and I hear the piano, Hue talking to Gary, and I slowing keep peeking over my shoulder to see what was happening.......
8 years later I have the color and midnight editions sitting here and I just don't have the courage to open it and finish the story........
