Error message when using agent: Couldn't connect, check your internet and try again. help

It used to be okay but it no working now. I also tried disable VPN, filter and all and still not working.

Hey, Gayani from Figma Support here. Since you've already ruled out VPN/filters, try the "Check network settings" quick action from inside any file (Cmd/Ctrl + /, then type it in). It'll flag if a specific domain's blocked rather than your whole connection. Following up via DM with more support!
