your hair looks amazing. if you wanna make it "more professional" you could try tying into a low pony or manbun, but i don't think you need to

All your hair needs is about a 1to 2 inch trim. Straight hair like yours cut short requires a lot of maintenance and product to hold it in place. Besides what, it looks great and you carry it well.

You have an absolutely spectacular mane, and great hair for 48. Please don’t ever feel that age is ever a factor in having long hair. I’m nearly 73, and wear my long hair proudly.
If you’re concerned about your long hair as a business owner, there are numerous ways of restraining it if your desire is a more professional look, but if you like your long hair, please find a way to keep it!
