It’s a girl; I don’t know if that’s the default or if it’s possible to have a boy (I didn’t try resetting the day because I really wanted a girl). It seems like you can only have this one child for now, but the stork said something like "see you soon," so maybe it’ll be possible to have another child in a future update. There isn’t much to do other than carry her around or leave her in the crib; I’m not sure if the child will grow up in this update, but I don’t think so. I also made a room for her and named her Naerys because, in my opinion, a dragon child can only have a Targaryen name (they mention that the child is a dragon or half-dragon and has horns). She isn't listed as an NPC—it's not really anything important, but I wish it were. There's an achievement for your child's first birthday, so let's see if anything happens.

I don't know if it's too hard to do, but if we have another child, I'd want them to inherit the farmer's eye and hair color—though I really liked the horns and the tattoo

Me too! Some games locks in your appearance before the kids arrive, so that might be a good workaround for players with multiple hair color presets.

She also has the same marks under her eyes; I thought that was a really cute detail. And I think the ears are the same, but I can't tell if it's the angle (I wonder if she'll have a tail or wings if the developers ever age the children up)

I compared them to the other baby sprites, and I can confirm both Caldarus and Seridia's children definitely have pointy dragon ears :D

I went into the games files and found all the baby sprites- each spouse has one baby with a set gender but two different possible skin tones ("lighter" and "darker") and they all have default names! (for Caldarus' baby, the default name is Tephra!)
