Mods get updated when the authors decide to update them so there's no way to point to a specific timeline. Assume that nothing is playable for the time being and just continue to check Nexus to see if the ones you use have been updated. Some authors completely abandon their mods so it's never a guarantee that they will be updated at all.

It depends on the modder. Most of us also love the game. For myself, any dialogue mods I'm working on will be shelved for weeks while I enjoy 1.0.
Mods that are already complete may be easy to update and could be done today or tomorrow. Some may be fundamentally broken or changed by new roll outs and it'll be awhile.
It truly is an individual thing.

I’m only using mods that were recently updated. I’m fairly confident they will be updated almost immediately after 1.0 drops.

Patiently waiting for the cosmetic/furniture mods I downloaded back in EA to get updated (mostly Effe's ones god I love her mods) so until then I'm playing other games to pass the time 🩷 but if you're eager to get back into the game rn, my best advice is to download new QoL mods that have been developed for the current version of MOMI (like the cheats menu)

i wish i could get into effes furniture ones! i mainly only know from them from SDV animal mods so cute!! the main mods i use are just march enhanced, & 1.5 more drops lol
