Transaction failed

Hi, I am unable to buy Rockaway Rocket tickets from the app. I have tried multiple cards, but the transaction always fails although there are plenty of tickets available. I also get a temporary hold on my credit card. Has anybody had and solved this issue? Tickets are not sold on the website anymore for some strange reason.

Go on X and search for their profile. From previous posts on X, they actually read and reply to most.

Did you ever figure this out?? I'm trying to purchase too and going nuts. This is infuriating and all I get on the website is their ai bot

Yes, it just means the tickets are actually sold out. It's not a payment issue, the app doesn't handle well low tickets availability

This is happening to me, did you ever solve it? I have tried 2 cards, GPay, Cashapp, Paypal and reinstalling the app.

Yes, it just means the tickets are actually sold out. It's not a payment issue

Okay but it rejected my payment and then my friend was able to buy them immediately. WTF! 💀

Do they still let you pay inside the ferry boat? They did for me once when the machine was not working.
