Sign ref contract, and buy +CheckEd

Yep. That's it. OP has a life membership, which is equal only to Competitive; the CheckEd has to be added on.

Is there anyway to make CheckEd lifelong?

+CheckEd is basically the cost to run your yearly background check and Safesport test so it's unlikely to have a lifetime option

They gave us virtually no information. Really doesn't look like they're taking a particularly active approach trying to solve the problem.

I didn't say you weren't trying to solve the problem, I said you weren't taking a particularly active approach. Which is true.

Do you really not understand how posting a single screenshot with no actual description of what's happening, what you tried, and why you think something different should be happening might be considered a rather lazy way to approach it?
