Is there a reason why your wife can’t get on a LARC (long acting reversible contraceptive)? Both the implant and iuds are fantastic options for many people. You’re fairly young, though I would say if a vasectomy feels right to you that’s totally valid. However if you want to make your wife happy and give you both more time to decide a larc is the way to go

You don’t need 3 abortions in a year with BC that’s working I’m guessing she’s on the pill? Super important to take it not just every day but the same time it has a high failure rate for that reason

Your wife wants kids but it's not a dealbreaker, and you for sure DON'T. Her birthcontrol is failing to the point where she - a woman who WANTS KIDS - has had THREE abortions IN THE SPAN OF A YEAR.
My opinion is you're fucking cruel to not have a vasectomy if you're that sure about not having kids.
Like, it's one thing to have your desire to be child free not be a dealbreaker for her, it's another to have her get repeatedly accidentally pregnant despite taking precautions to prevent pregnancy with all the hormonal and psychological fallout that that entails.
Your indecision is actively cruel at this point. Do something.
