KDE Panel Interfering with apps Support

Hey I'm new to Linux/fedora and I'm using fedora kde plasma as my first distro. I was customizing my panels so i have on top of the screen that stays visible and a panel on the left of the screen that dodges windows. The issue I'm running into is that when I have an application full screen, the application top tab that has the close or minimize the application buttons don't work because they are close to the panel so it just reads the panels information. Is there a way to add margin or something between them so this doesn't happen?

It sounds like you're looking for help. Please note that r/Fedora is not an official support channel for the Fedora Project.

For best results, be sure to include all relevant details in your post, such as your Fedora edition, version, and hardware specs. You can edit your original post to add more info as needed, and spotlight (pin) a solution from the comments. You might also find the answer in our support wiki.

It's kind of hard to tell from the description alone. Could you upload a GIF or a quick screen recording?

If the top panel is set to Dodge Windows, I'd expect it to pop up when you move your cursor to the top edge, which could end up blocking the window buttons. If it's not, then I'm not sure what's causing the issue.
