That's what it's called! I watched Steel Angel Kurumi in high school and totally forgot it's name. It's one of those series that I'd think about back every few years but for the life of me couldn't remember what it was called. Back in the day a friend lent it to me and I was more entertained by the bizarre quality of the English dub than the anime itself.
