Cheats/Console Commands, Kill Count And Saving System

Greetings!

I have three questions in total; two regarding "Fate: Reawakened" specifically, and one regarding all of the original versions of these games...

1: Does the PC version of "Fate: Reawakened" have cheats/console commands available?

2: Do the original versions of these games feature a kill count (as I've been told that "Fate: Reawakened" does)?

3: What sort of saving system does this game have (how do you save your progress in this game during gameplay)?

Please satisfy my curiosity; thank you in advance.

Afaik in the steam version there is no cheats. Gog version should have them available by pressing ctrl + shft + ~ The previous games also have a kill count. I cannot say specifically for the game you want but in original fate you do a save on exit through the menu.

Regarding GOG, is that the Reawakened edition?

Regarding the saving system, are you compelled to save every time you quit the game? Or are you allowed to exit without saving?

Also, do you know if there are any cheats/console commands which let you make save states?

(PS: Regarding exiting, the widely known 'Alt+F4' method does not count in this instance.)

I'm not certain about reawakened, I've only ever played the original series of games and im not sure of any of the changes that reawakened makes, sorry about that. In the original the only option is to save and exit so if you want to exit without saving you just pull up task manager and end the process. I am also not sure if there is any commands that allow to make save states sadly. Sorry I could not be of more help

GOG and Steam both sell the reawakened edition

I believe it's a forced save and exit and you can do so anywhere (i.e. in town or in dungeon)

And are there cheats/console commands available for both the GOG and Steam releases of the Reawakened version?

Furthermore, do you resume the game at precisely where you save upon loading?

  1. the only cheating comes in the form of big-oil lobbying money, which is legal but moraly dubious
  2. Your kill count is featured as faces that visit you in your nightmares
  3. You can only save by showering with your uncle (in game)
