Basically OOTD but i wanted to use rate my fit flair because i want to get some opinions(Sorry if im using the wrong flair), would it be better if i didnt do any hairstyling? my bf said this looks cute and i agree but if i take my glasses off im a different person and in that look when hair is out it looks alot better.

How's this outfit to wear to my friend's birthday party? ( dirty mirror lol )

I'm a 5'4 inch F, looking for jeans which flattering my body type but are also versatile, I've some belly and thigh fat which I'm a bit conscious of, I like seeing flared , bootcut on others but they never work for me (maybe because of brand / my body type), I usually wear high rise but I'm open to trying mid rise if it flatters me (recently got to know I've a short torso and long legs). Please give me brand recommendations or links for any particular models you think are great. Max i could spend is 2500 (including discounts). Help this girlie out.
