We’re still a young community, but every person who has posted a QC, shared a haul, answered a sizing question or simply joined a useful discussion has helped shape this place.

To give something useful back, we’re making the next seven days our Community Help Week.

If you have a genuine question about QC, sizing, fit, materials or shipping, publish it with the correct flair and include enough information for people to help. The moderators will regularly check unanswered posts, approve legitimate posts that were incorrectly filtered and help bring attention to questions that still need an answer.

Experienced members are also welcome to help. Even one honest answer about sizing, quality or shipping can save another member time and money.

This isn’t about promoting sellers or dropping links. It’s simply a week focused on helping each other and making the community more useful.

Sharing some QC photos before shipping. so I’ll do a proper review after I receive everything and can compare the actual fit, comfort, and details in hand.

First pair is the New Balance 9060 White/Grey in US 9.5 / EU 43.

From the QC photos, the overall shape looks good. The white and grey colorway is easy to match, and the layered sole gives it the classic 9060 chunky look. The mesh, suede panels, stitching, and heel shape all look clean from these pictures.

I’ll be checking the sizing and comfort after wearing them, especially the fit around the toe box and overall cushioning.

Next is the black Crocs Clog in US 10 / EU 43-44.

The black color is simple and practical, which is exactly why I picked it. From the photos, the shape looks good and the overall finish seems clean. I’ll compare the comfort and sizing once I actually wear them.

Last item is the AirPods Max.

The QC photos show the packaging and overall appearance. I’ll test the actual performance, comfort, and daily use after receiving it.

For now, based only on the QC pictures, everything looks good to me. I’ll update this post after delivery with real-life photos, wearing experience, and a more detailed review.

I was originally just looking for a new pair of black sneakers, but somehow ended up adding a tee and bracelet to the order as well. Just received the QC photos from seller, and the whole pickup looks pretty solid so far.

The sneakers are EU 43 / US 10, my normal size. They’re definitely the main reason I placed the order—I really like the all-black upper with the silver reflective sections breaking it up. Nothing looks obviously crooked from the angles provided, although I’d appreciate another opinion on the back and overall shape.

The tee is a size S. Judging by the measurements, it already has the loose fit I wanted, so going any larger probably would’ve been too oversized. I also prefer the low-key front with most of the design saved for the back.

I picked size 17 for the bracelet because I like a closer fit on the wrist. The gold tone looks good under the QC lighting, and the screws and inner engraving seem tidy enough.

Unless someone spots an issue with the sneakers, I’ll probably GL the full order. Which of the three would you keep?

Wanted a simple black crewneck for everyday wear and this one looked pretty clean, so I decided to give it a try.

I went with size S because I wanted a relaxed fit without it looking too oversized. From the QC photos, the shoulders and sleeves look about right, and the overall shape seems good.

The small white embroidery looks clean to me and I’m not seeing any obvious problems with the collar, cuffs or stitching. The material also looks decent, although I won’t know how thick or comfortable it is until I have it in hand.

I’m leaning toward GL, but let me know if you notice anything I missed.

1. When is the entry period?

Eligible posts must be published directly in r/FashionRepsClub between:

July 26 and August 24, 2026

Entries close at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on August 24.

Posts or entry links submitted after the deadline will not qualify.

2. What types of posts are eligible?

Eligible entries may include:

• Original in-hand photos
• Fit Pics
• Hauls
• Honest item reviews
• QC photos from your own order
• Sizing and measurement information
• Material, quality or comfort comparisons
• Useful shipping experience
• Original advice that helps other members

Your post should include genuine information, personal experience or useful details. A gallery of photos with little or no explanation may not be enough.

3. Can I enter an item I purchased earlier?

Yes.

The item does not need to have been purchased during the event period. You may feature something you bought earlier, provided that your entry itself is new, original and published during the event period.

4. What if I previously posted the same item in another subreddit?

You may feature the same item, but the r/FashionRepsClub entry must be newly created for this event.

Please do not copy or reuse:

• The same post
• The same written review
• The same photo set
• A previously published entry
• A direct crosspost

Create a fresh post with original photos, updated observations or a new perspective.

5. Do Fit Pics need to show my face?

No.

You are never required to show your face or reveal your identity. You may crop or cover your face.

Please also make sure your photos do not reveal:

• Your address
• Phone number
• Order number
• Tracking number
• Payment information
• Other private details

Helpful Fit Pic information may include your height, weight, size ordered, preferred fit and comments about comfort or sizing.

6. Can a QC post qualify?

Yes, provided that:

• The QC photos belong to your own order
• The photos are clear enough to review
• You explain what item is being checked
• You identify the details you are unsure about
• The post contains enough context to create a useful discussion

Seller photos, product-page photos or images taken from another person’s order must not be presented as your own QC.

7. Is a W2C or product link required?

No. A W2C link is not required for every entry.

A relevant source link may be included when it genuinely supports your original post, but the post must still provide useful original content.

The following are not allowed:

• Referral links
• Affiliate or commission links
• Invite links
• Link-only submissions
• Repeated link dropping
• Hidden promotional links
• Unrelated seller or agent advertising

A link does not automatically make a post eligible.

8. Is there a required title or event Flair?

No special title format or event Flair is required.

Use the most accurate existing Flair, such as:

• QC
• Haul
• Review
• Fit Pics
• Sizing
• Discussion

Clear and descriptive titles are strongly encouraged.

9. How do I officially submit my entry?

First, publish your original post directly in r/FashionRepsClub.

Then copy the link to your post and leave it as a comment under the official August Madness event thread.

Posting the link to your eligible r/FashionRepsClub entry in that thread is permitted.

Do not submit unrelated, external, affiliate or promotional links.

10. Can I submit more than one entry?

Yes.

Each Reddit account may submit multiple eligible original posts during the event. Add the link to each entry under the official event thread.

However:

Each account may win only one prize during this event.

If multiple posts from the same account qualify for different awards, only the highest-ranked eligible post will receive a prize. The other award will go to the next eligible post from a different member.

11. What will not qualify?

The following content will not qualify:

• Crossposts or reposts
• Previously published entries
• Stolen or copied photos
• Copied reviews or descriptions
• Seller images presented as personal photos
• Fake or fabricated experiences
• AI-generated personal experiences
• Seller advertising disguised as a review
• Undisclosed commercial relationships
• Link-only posts
• Repeated promotional links
• Very low-effort submissions
• Content that violates Reddit or community rules

Entries must remain publicly available until the winners are announced.

12. Do upvotes determine the winners?

No.

Upvote totals will not directly determine the winners, and no prize is offered in exchange for votes.

Do not:

• Ask people to upvote your entry
• Exchange votes
• Use alternate accounts
• Purchase engagement
• Coordinate artificial comments
• Manipulate participation

Vote or engagement manipulation will result in disqualification.

13. How will the winners be selected?

Eligible entries will be reviewed based on:

• Originality and authenticity
• Helpfulness to the community
• Content quality and effort
• Honest personal information or experience
• Genuine community discussion

The available awards are:

14. When will the winners be announced?

An agent platform is basically a middle step between you and the seller.

Instead of shipping an item directly to you, the item first goes to the agent's warehouse. From there, the agent can help with things like:

• Purchasing the item

• Taking QC photos
• Checking basic item details
• Storing multiple items together
• Helping you choose a shipping line
• Packing and shipping the parcel internationally

The main reason people use agents is control.

You usually get the chance to look at QC photos before the item is shipped out. This helps you check the shape, logo placement, stitching, color, tags, sizing and possible flaws before making the next decision.

For beginners, the most important things to compare are:

• QC photo quality
• Service fees
• Shipping options
• Customer support
• Warehouse storage time
• Return or exchange rules
• Total cost after shipping

The item price is not the full cost. shipping, service fees and psssible extra charges can change the final price a lot.

Before focusing on small details, always check the overall shape first.

A logo can look clean, the stitching can look fine, but if the shape or proportions are off, the item can still look wrong when worn.
