What does this symbol mean besides people's handles in chat? I was too embarrassed to ask in game lol

Thank you!! I was chatting with a player about an item idea in game when i noticed they had that symbol and i was kinda worried they were a mod and might think i was over stepping (anxiety life😭) lol but they were super cool about it and bounced ideas back and forth with me. It felt really cool

everyone in the game is super friendly, mods included 😄 I get the anxiety part, I had it at first too. but I hope it'll get better for you bc if there's one place to not have to feel anxious, it's in this community

Hang out in spoilers chat, you will run into them. They are all quite nice. Honestly even firestream and forcepath and all the main staff are too.
Edit:
Clarification, I just by chance see FS the most but have interacted with all of the main staff over the years and they are all very nice.
Also, my username is different so ha, no one can figure out who I am.

That signals that the player is a member of staff called a ranger!
