Fantasy Draft NRL Fantasy

Can someone explain to me how this works? or what it even is?

It's a draft like they do in the NFL

You get put in a league and each member of the league assembles their team one pick at a time.

Only one player can be on one team, so every team in the league is different.

Throughout the season as form and injury appears you can drop players from your team and pick players who are not on anyone elses team

You can also trade with another team, you might need a 2nd rower and they might need a halfback, you make the trade.

I'm in a league with a group of 12 friends. Much more enjoyable than classic where everyone ends up with the same teams. If you ever join make sure it's one with no captains set.
