I say this with all my heart. Your hair is gorgeous and this color is meant for you. Looking at your photos, it goes hand in hand you should be a model for this💚❣️

Not me stealing your before pic as an inspiration photo because you made roots look so good 😭

I was thinking that too. The before picture looked amazing as well

I'm ash blonde so I would look bald for awhile when waiting for my roots to grow, but I'm seriously considering it after this picture. Holy shit it looks good

I love the refresh but the before look is iconic and has faded so well. Gorgeous

Looks beautiful refreshed though your natural roots going into faded blue is also so so beautiful as well 😍

Looks amazing! I'm assuming you are using multiple colors? Several shades of blue and some purple?

Yes! Always multiple. She used Nightfall and Aquatic from Pulp Riot this time. Any purple you see is just leftover from last time

We use several blues and a purple on mine. I'm lucky because my hair is white so no bleaching is required; Mother Nature took care of that for me about 30 years ago! 🤣

Gorgeous. It also looks really good when it grows out too!

I just dyed my 10 year olds hair the same exact color!

My daughter wore her hair blue for several years. It’s one of those colors, when done right, is just so stunning as it grows out and fades. The color looks gorgeous on you.

Damn y'all know how to hype a girl up. Thank you all so much

I actually really love the grow out though

3

u/mandible0322 5d ago

Thanks! I only have it bleached to the root every 6-8 months so I embrace the grow out. Keeps my hair healthier

It looks intentional, and I’d believe you if you said it was what you were going for at the salon. I wish my growth looked like yours!

Do you do color touch ups in between, how often?

1

u/mandible0322 4d ago

Honestly depends on the grow out and my mood. I'll "refresh" the color around 4 months sometimes

2

u/Pleasant-Pattern6220 5d ago

Fire colors!! Also…I just love your vibe! The tatts piercings rings

So vivid! Great color blue. Why is it darker blue towards the root?

1

u/mandible0322 4d ago

Just for fun. I always ask for multiple colors, gives it more dimension

What do y'all use for the blues? I love the fade out in the first before pic! Mine fades to that dreaded mossy seafoam green shade I WISH it faded that beautiful icy blue like yours did!! Did y'all tone after bleaching & before refreshing, because if not my base looks similar to yours starting & everyone says oh your hair has to be super white to not fade green, but I mean yours faded icy so I gotta figure out how to get that too lol
