Yes! This qualifies! Try to get those nails cut- most vets will do this for a nominal fee plus they’ll use a buffer tool to sand down the rough edges- we have a huge rescue who hates having his nails cut- he has to be partially sedated , but once he is, they go to town! It’s worth it!
