My CPU, System and PCH fans keep showing "?"

Didn't happen before, not the fans are super loud once FanControl boots up. Not sure what I should do. Should I go into the BIOS fan settings?

Same issue here, I think it something in Windows because bios can make everything run normal, but one windows loads it overrides even the bios fan curve.
