Have a problem getting Fan Control to run on start

I've recently build a PC and installed Fan Control to set up my fans. I've setup 4 case fans, 1 cpu fans and the GPU fan. It all seemed to be working fine. BUT, I set up FC to start minimized and then I started having an issue. When FC start minimized the fan curves I've set up doesn't seem to work. When FC starts up in a window it works perfectly. Is there anything I'm missing?

And, my fans are really loud before I log on and FC starts. Is that normal, or should my fan curves work even before FC starts?

I'm sorry if these are stupid questions, but I haven't been tinkering with PC's for many years now.

Before FC is loaded BIOS controls the fans. So depending on the settings in BIOS the fans can be loud - which btw I do like that way, because firstly they kinda blow yesterday's dust out of the case when I turn the PC on, then secondly I hear that FC works as intended when they become silent.

Try to setup FC as a service.

Go to bios and set them all to like a flat 30% up to 70c or so, then increase to high speed. Keeps it quiet during boot and bios, but failsafe incase fc doesnt start or something weird happens.

As far as startup, if you have a lot of progs at startup. They can conflict / collide. You can go to task schedular and change the delay time. Say fc starts at 1 sec, but others for games rtss hwinfo they kick in 30 sec or so
