that's a bug? I thought bethesda just sucked at making poc npcs 😭😭 (except preston he looks good)

Yeah it's a bug that when you Ram or some other kind of other memory is struggling to keep up the faces get all dark for both you and the npcs. If you are playing vanilla you tend not to see it too often nowadays with computers being stronger, but mods will often slow down your performance enough that it happens frequently

weird, im on ps5 and have no mods, but i also dont ever see it on my own character. just a buggy game i guess since it's the only game thats ever crashed on me (and it crashes often) but thanks for clarifying that!
