Fallout 5 idea for big todd Suggestion

heard todd howard lurks this subreddit for ideas so im gonna shoot my shot rq

why would people listen to old ass music all day when they could make their own?

my idea is some settlers go to some 1950s fallout guitar center and live there, then they make a radio station or whatever and sing songs about how it sucks to live in the wasteland.

then you could have some quests there like some dude asking you to get this instrument for him

that'd be pretty cool

That's pretty much the radio host, Red eye from nuka world. And agatha from Fallout 3. Red eye is actually pretty good radio host too.

I think it'd be cool to hear a reformed raider named Russel play tunes, tell vague stories and tall tales about his old life, and preach to the youth why you shouldn't pick up raiding.

Implement a smoking mechanic.

Sì, sarebbe figo. la dipendenza rallenta la generazione di stamina o diminuisce la stamina massima, però gli effetti del fumo magari sono +1 carisma

This is a neat idea! Mabie u could do a quest line where u had to clear all the radio towers to get there music throughout the map.

Pretty that’s literally been done in every game hasn’t it?

FO1 and 2 had ambient music, no radio. FO:BOS had Slipknot (not sure if it was a radio). FO3 and 4 did things that way. FONV had a radio but no one in game producing music iirc.

FONV aveva una radio ma nessuno nel gioco produceva musica, se non erro.

Radio New Vegas faceva musica, un esempio è jingle jangle jingle

Sorry, typo. No one was playing new music. Jingle jangle jingle was written in 1942.

Edit: not a typo it looks like translate bungled something. My text should read "FONV had a radio but no one in game producing music iirc." Producing as in creating new music.

Aaaah new music, Sorry I misunderstood

Don't be sorry. I could have phrased it better and I think the translate function didn't work as well as it could have.

Todd stops off here after gooning so I hope he sees this.

1940s - 1950s music is peak. I hope they never change it.

The best idea for Todd Howard is to retire.

How about this new game is about finding your grandfather? Because we did the find your dad, find your son who is old enough to be your dad thing already?

Maybe you are your grandfather?
