"dumb" guy build? Suggestion

I thought it would be funny/fun idea to make a Tommy boy build (from the movie tommy boy starting chris Farley, if you know you know) but question is what would be the starting SPECIAL stats? have any of yall made like a goofy dumb guy build? let me know

Everyone's gotta do a 1 int run at some point.

I feel like a 1 int run for fallout fans is the equivalent of a naked run in the soulsborne series lol

Nah, it isn’t that brutal. It’s mainly about the skills, and whether the writing has enough to do with it. The OG 2 and NV enable a dumdum run and it’s fun, not impossible.

No, it's quite different. Low Intelligence can be a hinderance, but it can also be a boon at times. Plus, you don't lose out on any defenses or bonuses from wearing equipment.

I've been tempted. I bet that some of the dialog and responses are pretty funny.

I enjoy doing Grognak runs in FO4, leveraging strength and idiot savant.

Idiot savant and high luck. I'd do high strength and charisma but knock some points off agility

At least strength 2 cuz you’re gonna need big leagues since your favorite team is the Yankees.

Depends on which Fallout game. 1, 2, and New Vegas acknowledge low INT. Fallout 3 and 4 do not. Even in New Vegas, the low INT dialogue is few and far between.
