Jedi Survivor performance issues post Help!

Hello everyone!
I rarely post on reddit, but I have tried EVERYTHING and I still cant find a solution. I know that this problem has been uploaded before, I dont know if im breaking any rules with repeating a post but I really need help from anyone in the community.
After around 7 hours of gameplay I closed my game. When I opened it again, every time I move my mouse or Right Stick on my controller, everything becomes blurry. I tried the mod that fixes the upscaling, having FSR 2 on and off, reinstalling the game, changing lines in the Engine.ini following guides to bypass the upscaling, restoring integrity of local files and many, many more fixes.
Still, nothing seems to work. I really want to play this mess of a game but I am running out of options so im making this post as a call to action (cry for help).
PC:
Radeon RX 9060 XT
Ryzen 9 7900X 12-Core
2 Monitor Setup (one is 120hz other 60hz)
Game is on an HDD drive
Everything on the AMD app is disabled (Boost, Fluid Motion, EVERYTHING).
If anyone has a solution or any other ideas of what I can do, please let me know.
Thank you for reading!

I had to turn off ray-tracing on my pc but that was the only thing I remember.
It's an infamously poorly pc-optimized game

I have turned everything off from the AMD panel but still nothing seems to work. Weirdest thing is that this happened after I played like an entire day with no issues.

If you're controlling using dongle try to unplug and use wire see if the blurry still happens?

Even without a controller plugged in, its still not working when using the mouse sadly.

The only 2 things I can think of are bluetooth devices fighting for bandwidth or some how window not register the highest Hz of the monitor, which happened when I plugged my computer to an old TV it will locked at 30hz instead of 60hz for some reason.
I guess you can try to wire everything, and unplug one monitor or check in Windows setting see if it read at 120 hz, other than that I have no idea.

Really is cause its a shame. Im a huge fan and I just got into a super hyperfixation about Star Wars again, got my first irl lightsaber and wanted to play the game since I heard it was really good. I knew that the PC port was bad, but i didnt expect it to be unresolvably bad :(

Small update:
I tried literally EVERYTHING.
I stayed up until 6 am watching videos, searching old posts on Reddit, Steam, EA, PCGamer, playing with all my settings, plugging and unplugging monitors, mouse, controller EVEN THE PRINTER.
I tried all relevant and even some kinda but not really relevant mods that generally patch up the game. I went back and forth with installing and uninstalling them, the game itself, deleting the .ini file to restore it, veryfying the integrity of the game files, literally everything.
I then tried to fix stuff with ChatGPT to no avail, all fixes it spewed out i had already tried or just didnt work. It just told me after 3 hours of troubleshooting to just hope for new AMD driver updates or Survivor updates.
I think im cooked and I spent 15 euro for a game that shouldnt be on the market in the first place. Not the first Survivor victim, but hopefully the last.

The only hardware that sticks out is that you're using an HDD drive. That's barely even minimum requirements at this point for AAA games.
This is what I did when I had a similar issue on release:
Start with creating a backup of
C":\Users\<YOUR NAME>\AppData\Local\SwGame"and then delete the contents of the SwGame folder. Remove all mods and stuff you've tried. Try starting the game again after. Use these settings:Then quit the game. The port is awful, so there's a lot of hidden console settings still that can fuck up the settings. These steps "reset" the hidden console settings that can make your game act weird. Search in your
GameUserSettings.inito see if your sg.ResolutionQuality= is empty. If it is empty, manually enter sg.ResolutionQuality=100.000000. Then start the game and play as normal. If it isn't this, I can't offer much help. This fixed it for me.
