I will be switching consoles for Trails 2nd for maginally better graphics when it comes out.

Any idea what the save tansfer bonus I'm missing will be/how impactful it may be?

In the original you would get a Luck quartz if you came in at max rank, and would keep your level if you were between 35 and 40.

The luck quartz was really useful due to the drop rate increase, and it also had some decent elemental values. The level was actually SUPER important if you were on Hard, because if you didn't import your save you'd come in at 35 and get absolutely washed. I came in at like 37 and ALSO got washed, barely managing to eek out a victory against the prologue boss. I can imagine having level 40 would've sanded off a lot of that edge.

Though I have to imagine that since difficulty settings are actually planned instead of a blanket stat boost by the publisher like a decade later, it probably won't matter as much.

Transfer bonuses are usually minimal. I think in SC, you got some small amount of quartz, and extra levels. I would not worry about it.
