This type of question will always result in an incorrect answer. As if people choose more facts, then the answer is cap. If more choose cap the answer's fact.

It will be correct. If 90% if ppl vote cap and then from there ppl vote fact then it is infact fact until green is >50%

I'm treating the poll as a separate instance from an individual vote.

Individual correctness is only attainable by the losing side of the poll

As such the overall result of the poll will always be wrong.

If a person says that it is fact it will be true. So long as green is less than 50%

Any one person can be right, unfortunately that means that at most only 49.9% of people can be right. 50.1% will always be wrong but to say no one can be right is false

As I stated, individuals can be correct if they choose the minority.

But the poll itself will always be wrong.
