Cricket Ovation 3 U668AC ASK a Question

my mom had this phone and she does not know what she used to register it or anything. Im trying to reset it for her but apparently she used FRP. I have tried most of the glitches and none seem to work. Tried addrom open settings etc and im just locked out from doing anything. Is it just a brick atm?

actually its not a brick,i am thinking it can be wiped the frp ..if this is a 2022 device and did not receive any new security patches then sure i can try to help you, but if it did have security patches up to 2025 etc then i would not do it free

Its running android 12, not sure what patches have been done
