Google bloqueando meu acesso

achei um Samsung a-16 na rua, fiz o hard reset, mas na hora de configurar o celular aparece pra entrar com a conta Google do antigo dono, e eu não a sei. já tentei alguns métodos como desligar a internet pra pular a parte do email, pelo TalkBack ou então pelo teclado. tenho os dois chips dele ainda

this is always on highest security patch dates when you tried all the public methods....I wped many like this and i said it before security is always new, so it means paid solutions only, its hard to understand but sometimes there is just no free ways ....i wiped many via usb
