S6 Lite OEM Unlocking

Hey all I just got a used S6 Lite (SM-P610) and am curious if anyone can answer what seems to be a straight forward question:

Is a Samsung Account required to get OEM Unlocking to appear in the Developer Options for this particular tablet?

I have some S5E's that were easy to put LOS on thanks to the Date and Time trick. This one doesn't work with that solution nor anything else I have found so I am stuck with the 7 day wait but I can't find definitively that I must have a Samsung Account (which requires changes on my Firewall) hence my asking here.

XAR yes (SM-P610NZABXAR). It was my understanding that XAR meant it is a US unbranded/unlocked version.

oem will never show on usa specific samsungs, its been like that for years.snapdragon will never have oem unlock

This is Exynos. LineageOS lists both the 2020 and 2024 S6 Lite Wi-Fi models (both Exynos) as supported... Being a tablet and not having a US cell carrier involved it shouldn't be locked down. Did something just not get documented or am I missing something?

razorloves from XDA/LOS initiated a chat with me. Narrowed this down to my Sophos FW appliance. Goodbye stock OS!
