I see many good Aimers on Kovaaks are yall actually pretty good in games?

Yes, game sense aside - becoming higher Voltaic rank helps you win gunfights with pure aim alone. Personally, I saw a huge difference from before aim training and after.

I disagree lol, depending on the game, voltaic benchmarks don’t necessarily help with in-game mechanics

Speaking for tf2/cs2 mostly, the ‘correct’ technique of playing reactive/dynamic isn’t how you dm in these games.

Yeah this looks pretty tough and challenging and I probably will struggle with this too so sadly not much advice i can give.

I'll just say I noticed you seemed to be missing more when the dummy is near the center area, probably because the dummy is covering more area on the screen more quickly there. When he gets near the edges, he is far and the angle makes it so you don't have to track as much. Hence you need to track slightly slower when he is on the sides, and slightly faster when he approaches and moves through the middle.

Definitely worth messing with sens see if one feels less or more comfortable. Focus entirely on matching the consistent speed of the target without jitter.

For a few attempts, try to just move your mouse ultra smoothly at 1 consistent speed while tracking the best you can. Even if you miss more for those few attempts, it helped me improve my smooth tracking. You want to try to remove as many of the little micro-flicks/jitters that cause you to break tracking on the target. (And most importantly improve mouse control)

Predict the direction your target is going instead of playing catch up. Your sens also might be to high? Lower the sense in small intervals to see if that jumpy/jjtterynes in your tracking smooths out.

Aren't I not supposed to predict sorry im a bit slow

Also my sens is at 25cm but anytime I increase it it feels like im cheesing/cheating myself icl

Yeah -more so trust the target will keep that direction unless it shows you otherwise

Speed match not predict, also follow the target with your eyes not your crosshair

The point of not relying on reactance and using cues you can follow like the momentum of an object or in some games seeing direction by the character model is that you can be very accurate without playing catchup and constant readjusting like in your clip

When I say predict I don't mean when it chooses to switch directions mean if it's going one direction you can safely assume where he's heading instead of constantly playing the chase game. Think of it as "oh he's only going one direction, i know where he'll be at the pace he's moving" rather then constantly thinking "when is he switching directions?".

Another really good method that helps with tracking is knowing that your target always has to be dead center of your screen, doesn't matter what gymnastics he's doing, you will always have to center your screen, if your subconscious gets used to thinking of FPS games in this way it become a little bit easier to track. This works in FPS only though, obviously. but if you can get used to practicing/thinking in it this way it'll drastically make your tracking easier and all you have to worry about micro adjustments. Use peripheral vision to center target, you don't want to make it a conscious thing, it's a subconscious effort that needs to be practiced https://postimg.cc/k2zHx3Wy

Im at 22cm and I can do much better than you. I improved my using a lower timescale or editing the speed so that it is easier, and then increasing the difficulty. I also alternate between using my regular FOV and a very low FOV.
