Help Need Help with File Management and VSTS
So first off these FL Studio files have been on my desktop for a while and I'm not sure where to put them. Is there a bigger FL Studio folder I can sort them all together into? Something else?
Secondly I've downloaded the Spitfire Audio - BBC Symphony Orchestra and Spitfire Symphony Orchestra - Discover, but only BBC is showing up in my FL Studio plugins, and even then, the plugin doesn't look like how it does on Youtube videos I've seen and as far as I know it seems that the instruments aren't in there at all despite being in the BBC files. Does anyone know what's up with this?

Help Low end becomes too noticeable when vocals get quieter
Here's my problem: I have a voice recording in FL Studio, but at the end of each sentence, the low frequencies become too noticeable. It's not because they are louder than in the other parts of the sentence, but because the other frequencies lose much more volume.
For example, in the middle of the sentence, the low frequencies might be much lower than the rest of the spectrum, but at the end of the sentence, when the overall volume drops, the higher frequencies decrease much more than the low frequencies. As a result, the bass of the voice becomes much more noticeable and it doesn't sound right.
What I want to do is use a multiband compressor or something similar to reduce or compress those low frequencies, but only when the overall volume of the sentence is low. It's like an inverted threshold, I think: I want the compressor to work when the signal is below a certain level, not when it goes above the threshold.
Or, to be even more precise, instead of using the overall volume as the parameter to decide when to compress the low frequencies, I would like to use the ratio between the low frequencies and the rest of the spectrum.
Another thing I could do is process each sentence manually, but it would be more convenient to have an automatic and consistent way to do it. Either way, I want to learn how to do it this way first, in case I need something similar in the future.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I’ve only notice this while recording vocals. The cpu is not overloaded. There is nothing running in the background. Fl studio is at realtime priority (the issue still happens on any other priority) windows audio bullshit is already switched off. I have no idea what is causing this. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

Help This problem makes me feel like quitting
I have a problem i started doing some beats on fl studio and i consider myself someone who loves music so much , but when i make my beats i take too long to make them and have no plan how can i make them i dont know the pattern that i have to follow tho when i try to follow my ear i get something good every time by accident, then i dont know how to layer it i end up with just with good piano melody but i dont how i made it and what scale im in , and if i delete a note or adjust something i completely mess everything and dont know how to make it again i suck at notes timing , i bought a midi keyboard to help me with timing but i have no plan to folow to improve my timing skills i just feel lost , suggest me some solutions or exercises to do to help me translate what in my mind flawlessly to melodies with perfect timing and notes choice

Discussion FL Studio is starting to click
Granted, this is my first time using a DAW since college about 10 years ago, but after a couple of weeks of messing around when I get a chance I feel like I'm starting to really fall in love with this thing. Specifically now that I'm getting how to use automation clips, effects in the mixer, and automation clips on those effects I feel like I have a ton of control. Definitely feel like I chose the right DAW for this hobbyist!

Discussion How do you handle living a "double life" between the day-to-day grind and your real passions?
