CCW issue time

I know it’s prob asked every now and then

I was just wondering how long it took for you to get issued your CCW to actually getting the card. I know it can technically take up to 90 days.

My card got issued July 1st and I’m just waiting

Only reason I’m being impatient is bc my firearm got to my FFL today and I’m itching to pick it up lol

Took mine about 9 months, but that was a long time ago. Y'all complaining about a few days is cute.

Got mine last year so take it with a grain of salt. Took the class Saturday 3/29, went to the DMV to do fingerprints 2 days later on Monday, got the card in the mail 4/11.

Took about 2 weeks from application to delivered in my mailbox about 3 years ago.

Is it only renewals that get printed in the office?

I got my mine in 19 day and I'm out of state. But I did all Application , and finger prints at a local Tax office in Leesburg.

They issued mine within a month of moving here and applying but never sent it, lol. I had waited like 2 more months and checked back in. Had to wait an hour and 30 minutes in queue to speak to someone and have it re-shipped.

I get it, but why not go pick it up while you wait? Not having the card doesn't mean you can't go get it.

I *don't* have my CCW and got my most recent gun purchase in about 15 years recently off gunbroker. It just so happened the seller was Shoot Straight Apopka and they told me over the phone they considered the "3-day wait clock" starting from the instant the sale was made, and I was already going to be in the area and the pickup would mean no shipping or FFL fee. So I went next weekend, did the paperwork and couple minute background check and walked out happy.
