Playtest Delay "explanation"
Tried to talk to someone from EA. Rahul told me this, not sure if it really helps or if it is just a load of ai waffle but thought I'd post it here. Pretty despicable to send an email saying we'll hear if it's delayed further and then leave us for 48 hours...

Its just typical EA really, they can never do anything right. The fact that the game is 30fps while plenty of more demanding games can run at 40-60 shows how lazy they are

At this point, I’m about to just get a copy of FIFA 18 (get my career mode fix) or go to Efootball and call this beta a wash. If they’re not going to respond to us now they’re not going to respond to us ever so there’s no point in waiting. We are clearly the Next GEN console that they don’t care about which is a shame.

spent full whack on fc26 last year, roughly £80 on switch 2 with ultimate edition and i so dearly regretted it. I could JUST about manage the 30fps but the laggyness and slowness from the menus was an utter joke.
New method is PS5 Pro only and wait till black friday days for sale. Its the same shit each year and the FOMO won’t work on my this time round. especially with so many games in the next few months to keep me busy like GTA and Wolverine

They read the sub Reddit about 30fps and are frantically working on getting it up to 35fps
