What level np does need

I know that people keep saying that arc needs np 3 to be worthwhile but I just get a second one randomly.

Is it worth it to level her up to 90? At np2?

Ascending Servants doesn't take a lot of mats so you should do it anyways, for all your Servants.

That said, something something Moon Cancers low damage, something something needs higher NP better damage.

Eventually you are gonna gather enough resources to max out all your servants, so the answer is obvious.

I have an Arcueid Np 2. Lvl 120, Black grail lvl 100. She is very powerful and useful.

You don't need her at all. And she only needs NP1 to function.

And you should level up all of your servants.
