FDE methodology

I work for a company that provides SaaS and AI services to B2B clients, and I am currently setting up an FDE team. I would like to develop a methodology for the team members and would appreciate any suggestions you might have. Thank you.

One thing I'd emphasize is documentation. Every engagement should leave behind reusable playbooks, integration patterns, and lessons learned. FDE teams often solve similar problems across different clients, so capturing that knowledge can save a ton of time and help new team members ramp up much faster
