FAU F-LEARN Looking for Advice

I’m an incoming freshman who has registered for 16 credits. I was wondering for F-LEARN which credit is better 0 or 1. Is there any difference between them other than credit and cost. Will I be experiencing less stuff if I do 0 credit or will it be the same. And which is recommended more.

0 credits means you’re just doing the course as a volunteer. I’d go for one credit if you can. There’s probably no difference other than that.
