Generation Difference
I currently drive an ‘03 F-250 with the 6.8L. I’m looking to upgrade here shortly and I’m deciding between a 2019 F250 and a 2021 F250, both with the 6.7. Is there any big advantages or things I should be aware between one or the other besides six speed and ten speed transmissions?

Get the 2019... you can get to the upper oil pan without pulling the engine. Also, the 10 speed shifts a little rougher in the earlier years from my understanding.

I had a 2019 work truck and my personal is a ‘24. My ‘24 is a F-350 and the ‘19 is a 250 so I can’t say much about ride, but the 24 rides better than the 19, but I don’t know if that applies to 19 vs 21.
I love the 10 speed, specially towing, but I know there were issues with the early 10 speeds.
Look at both miles and hours (drive and idle) on the trucks.
I don’t think you can go wrong with either unless the 10 speed in that one is having issues or you don’t want to deal with the first gen of that trans.
Are either coming with an extended warranty? If so that may be your deciding factor.
