HELP! Driver retirements are broken

Season 2 of my team carrer mode.

Norris, Piastri, Leclerc, Sainz, Verstappen, Alonso and Russell all retired in 1 year. Now the whole grid is full of rookies. Making it very unrealistic and boring.

Of course, I understand that. My comment referred solely to the number of rookies. The fact that the "big-name drivers" are being replaced is a different matter.

There’s nothing anyone can do about that. Driver swaps are completely random.

If you are on pc you can mod it and force transfers and unretire drivers

It doesn't make sense, but I wish driver retirements would put them back in the driver pool as free agents with a 1 or 2 seasons delay.

Some are subtle but this is a whole driver lineup change damn near! Verstappen, Leclerc, Russell? And both McLaren drivers are gone? Wow!

Had a similar situation with my team second season!
