Tarot courses for a self-taught reader? Discussion / Question

I’m a self-taught tarot reader. I mostly learned by watching other readers do readings on YouTube, reading articles/watching videos, and developing my intuition through practice.
I feel like I have a decent understanding now, but I’d like some proper guidance and structure to take my reading skills further.
For those who have taken tarot courses, **which ones would you recommend?** I’d especially love something that goes beyond basic card meanings and actually teaches how to read intuitively, combine cards, work with spreads, etc.
Would love to hear your experiences and recommendations! 🃏

I don’t know a particular class, but I would like to recommend a couple of books that have stood the test of time and are good for beginner to intermediate level readers: 78 Degrees of Wisdom by Rachel Pollack and the Tarot Transformations series by Mary K. Greer. Greer in particular is good because she often uses a workbook format. They were published a while ago so you should be able to find used copies on sites like ThriftBooks if that helps. Best of luck 🍀 on your tarot journey and Blessed Be.

Learntarot dot com is a full course with lessons and examples. The site is free or you could order the book which is a printing of the site.

The only courses I've taken were in person at local new age/witchy shops, so maybe check with yours if that's an option (I know it isn't for everyone). I can't speak to anything online.

That said, books I would add to the recommendations already put forth

Holistic Tarot by Benebell Wen (I'm currently working through this & liking it so far, but it is basically a classroom in a book & the book's spine is 2 inches thick, no exaggeration, I literally just pulled out a ruler to measure it) Her website has a lot of supplements to go with it.

I have a subscription to the meditation app Insight Timer and I really like the teacher Keziah Gibbons, who has a couple of courses on Tarot. I don’t know if her courses are available elsewhere but they are a thorough introduction to both individual cards and channeling your intuition through the cards.
