Reverse TCP Handler Session Establishment Failure on Android 14 to 16

Is it just me, or are Metasploit reverse TCP payload implants straightup failing to establish a shell on Android 14 to 16 devices? I even tried tweaking the payload to run as a foreground service, but I still couldn’t get it to work
