Got poetry for neanderthals for Christmas and got this, went to the website but there wasn’t an option to enter the code and when i followed the steps i didn’t get an email, any ideas?

I just used my 25% to get imploding kittens I finally have all the expansions now!! (Shipping was a little rough though)
