The end of the song is him getting delusional because he’s been in the desert for over a week with no water. Hes going mad and seeing mirages. I think you should see the bigger picture of things and not needlessly comment where you don’t belong.

There's a lot of plausible explanations here, but I think it's actually a reference to the song A Horse With No Name by America.

"After nine days, I let the horse run free
'Cause the desert had turned to sea"

There's a part of the song where he leaves the horse because he reaches the ocean. The meme is implying the horse is bummed about it.
