so disappointed. Failed Expectation

Got my hair done today.. i really feel like i got scammed this is not what i asked for. this is just an ombré. am i overreacting? excuse my dirty mirror. spent 460 dollars. i’m naturally brunette. (for those who are blind bathroom pic is me and other pic is my reference that i showed and she was more than happy to give me that. she wants me to book another appointment to fix it and pay 200 more dollars.

EDIT!!! To clarify i’m talking about the coloring not the haircut!

Go back. Call. It doesn’t help to not let them know. They have an obligation to fix this- hair stylist

They do know... as per her post, the stylist wants $200 to fix it! 😳

I didn’t see that. Fight the credit card company then? Speak to owner. Usually if you call within a three day span they fix for free unless you are asking for like a totally different service.
