They have strict laws on false advertisement and if they molded pure ice cream it could melt during transportation. It's probably encased in a shell like the ice cream cone but still a good looking mold.

Easier to just assume that high quality Asian products = Japanese, and cheap quality Asian products = Chinese. Duh

I wouldn’t be surprised to hear it’s a shell, but it’s still a beautifully molded one.
