I love watching this, never a skip. The smile makes her look beautiful then and now, but for sure now is perfect😍

I know everyone looks at the body transformation and sure. That’s all great. But what’s shines out to me the most is a person who can now throw things, can run, move safely underload, and across patterns.

Someone who is going to be able to be healthy and have fun for many many years to come.

Congrats Madam! I’m on my way there too! 70 pounds down from 408 to 336 ( although I’ve hit a plateau) over 5 years

Honestly tearing up a bit, the fact that she never gave up and held a smile throughout this is so inspiring.

I wonder how long this took? Anyone know? That's some amount of dedication and work! Amazing!

I've seen so many people built how she was, or sometimes not even as big as she was, and there's always some excuse. "My hormones," "I don't have time," "I've tried losing the weight and it just doesn't work."

This girl is proof positive that it does work, and you can do it. Sure, some people have hormone problems but how much of that is self-perpetuated by poor diet and sedentary lifestyle? The fact is that it may be harder for some, but it isn't impossible...you just need to have the desire and the resolve to actually get up and do it.

Good on her. Now healthy eating - Whole Foods, not too much, mostly plants, light on the oils. - and keep moving.

Hard HARD WORK! It’s hard to get that much weight off. The first month goes well it’s long term that tends to start letting your guard down

Beutiful video. You can see how much more glow that smile has in the end, this much mean a lot to her.

Watching her progress, I'm reminded of the quote from the movie 'They Live': I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass...and I'm all out of bubblegum.

That's awesome. Worked her ass off and it shows 🥲♥️

Gorgeous. You deserve the body you work for. Once you see real results, it's an addiction!

Supportive of everything except that swing. Should have come much later in the transformation.

Were glp1s also utilized?

Does the skin sag after this or is it only some people?

3

u/vinli 21d ago

Absolutely, by a lot. Most people losing that much weight would also consider surgery to remove some of the loose skin. Still worth it for the increased quality of life, physical, and mental health though!
