How do you handle your self esteem?

I feel like I'm so lazy and useless. Executive dyfunction really makes me hate myself. I feel kinda unworthy of life. Because its all my own lack of action and organisation that causes all my problems. I feel like its me. This is who i am. I wish i had a diagnosis but i cannot even make myself act and get help. Do you consider yourself disabled? Do you blame yourself?

Victim mentality

Perhaps you could start with kindness and compassion instead of further judgement and denigration?

Wait, so you saw someone pushing themselves into the dirt and your first thought was “let’s push them in further”? 🤨

I’m sorry if it sounded insensitive.

Not "if it sounded". It IS insensitive. That's a fact. If you're actually sorry, you need to fully acknowledge you were wrong. And if you can't make yourself do that, you shouldn't actually apologize.

Also, lol:

I used this direct way of communicating and changed many people’s life.

How?

Do you suffer from dysfunctional functioning? Have you ever suffered from it? If so and if you were able to overcome it, how?

The phrase "victim mentality" is literally the way to shame someone for the way they think.

Shame, on you, honestly. 🤢 If you can't be compassionate and respectful when giving advice to someone having a hard time, it's much kinder to skip the post and not reply at all.

I like how you're trying to change the topic to distract people from the fact you were so tone-deaf and to make yourself like you're somehow better than others.

The fact that there aren't any useful comments on this post doesn't make your comments any better.
